Quick and easy to make a new patient appointment. I only had to wait a few day for my appointment. The office had lots of parking and was easy to get to. I called to see if my daughter was eligible to get a new pair of glasses from insurance since she only had them a short time and our puppy chewed them up uggh Michael went out of his way found out insurance information and contacted them for me. She was only allowed 1 pair a year but Michael worked a miracle and got a pair covered......not only that but I took my 6yr old in and he went out of his way to show her many different styles he was great with her and patient 🙂 I highly recommend this place
